Questions
Yes. TikTok has audited the Reelspan app, so posts can go out publicly. Meta approved it for Facebook, Instagram and Threads, Google verified it for YouTube, and LinkedIn approved it too. Every post goes through each platform’s official API, to accounts you connect yourself.
When you connect a platform, it gives Reelspan a token that lets us post for you. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and used only to publish and read what you ask for. Disconnect a platform and its token is deleted at once. We never see or store your social media passwords.
Read the privacy policy →Only as long as they are needed: a video is kept while it waits to post and so you can retry, then deleted 7 days after publishing. The posts themselves live on your accounts, not with us.
Every platform gets its own result. If one fails, the rest still go out, you get a notification with the reason, and you can retry just the one that failed.
Yes, any time, from Settings in the dashboard. Deleting your account removes your profiles, connected accounts, posts and uploaded files, and cancels your plan. You can also have a copy of your data emailed to you first.
No. The dashboard does everything: upload, pick platforms, post now or schedule. Developers can use the REST API or connect AI agents through the MCP server instead.
See the API →One upload. Reframed, captioned and posted to every platform your audience lives on.
TikTok wants 9:16. LinkedIn wants a square with the hook in the first line. Pinterest wants a title and a board. You upload one file; Reelspan crops, captions and publishes a version that fits each one.

Built for people who post every day
It doesn’t matter where you post, only that it lands everywhere.
Everything after the upload
Pick a time or a slot in your queue. If a platform hiccups, Reelspan retries that one post and leaves the rest alone.
Write once, and get a caption per platform that respects its length limit, hashtags and tone. Works with any OpenAI-compatible model.
Views, likes and comments per post, per platform, in one place. No more one tab per platform.
One request publishes everywhere. Signed webhooks tell you when each post goes live.
The built-in MCP server lets Claude and other agents upload, schedule and check posts.
Let clients connect their own accounts on a page with your brand, then post for them.
For developers
The publish endpoint takes the request format many teams already use, so moving an existing integration is usually a one-line change to the base URL.
