Good to know.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. During early access every feature is free and nothing is charged; join the waitlist and we email you an invite. After early access the Free plan stays: 1 profile and 15 uploads a month to every platform, TikTok included, no card, and it never expires.
What counts as an upload?
One post to one platform. A video sent to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram is three uploads. Paid plans have no upload limit, only fair request rate limits.
What happens when I reach a limit?
On Free, new uploads are refused until the month resets on the 1st (UTC), with a clear message from the API. Upgrade any time and the new limits apply at once.
I use Upload-Post. Do I have to change my code?
No. Reelspan answers the same endpoints, fields and responses. Change the base URL and the API key, and your scripts, n8n flows and agents keep working.

X charges about $0.20 for every post that contains a link, against $0.015 without one. Links are removed from X posts by default; Pro and up include a monthly allowance of posts that keep them.
What are AI caption credits?
Each caption Reelspan writes or rewrites for you uses one credit. Credits reset every month and are not carried over.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. When you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Payments, invoices and tax are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
