Before you start
- A Reelspan account with your networks connected to a profile. The free plan includes every network: start free.
- An API key from the dashboard (Developers → API keys). Keys can be limited to the scopes a tool needs.

Set up the base
One table with Caption, Video URL (a public link, such as a Dropbox or Drive share link), Networks (multiple select), Publish at and Status fields.

Text posts: an Airtable script
Automation: When a record matches conditions (Status = Ready) → Run a script, with the record’s fields as input variables.

Videos and photos: through Make or n8n
Airtable scripts can’t send files, so for media posts let a Make or n8n scenario watch the table and post the Video URL with the HTTP request from those guides, then write the post links back to the record.

- Status moves Draft → Approved by a client → posted at Publish at with scheduled_date.

- One profile per client: put the Reelspan profile name in a field and send it as user.
