Post to every network from n8n

Drop one HTTP Request node into any workflow and every new video, row or article goes out to all your networks, with each network’s result back in the next node.

01

Before you start

  • A Reelspan account with your networks connected to a profile. The free plan includes every network: start free.
  • An API key from the dashboard (Developers → API keys). Keys can be limited to the scopes a tool needs.

02

Create an API key

In the Reelspan dashboard, open Developers → API keys and create a key. In n8n, add a Header Auth credential named Authorization with the value Bearer followed by your key.

03

Add an HTTP Request node

Method POST, URL below, Authentication: the Header Auth credential. Body: Form-Data. Add one field per line; repeat platform[] for each network. For a file from an earlier node (Google Drive, Read Binary File), set video to n8n Binary File and its input field name.

POST https://api.reelspan.com/v1/posts/video
user my-brand
platform[] tiktok
platform[] youtube
platform[] instagram
video https://example.com/clip.mp4
title Your caption

04

Read the result

The response lists each network with its status and post URL. For long uploads send async_upload=true, keep the request_id, and check it with GET /v1/posts/status, or let a Reelspan webhook call your workflow when each network is done.

Ideas to build

Drive folder to every network
Google Drive Trigger (file created) → Google Drive Download → HTTP Request with the file as video.
RSS to LinkedIn, X and Bluesky
RSS Feed Trigger → HTTP Request to /v1/posts/text with the title and link.
Sheet as a content calendar
Schedule Trigger → Google Sheets (rows due today) → HTTP Request with scheduled_date from the row.
AI agent that posts
Give the AI Agent node an HTTP Request tool for /v1/posts/text, or connect it to the Reelspan MCP server.
