What you can post to Facebook
- Posts: videos, photos and text posts.
- Shapes: 9:16 and 16:9, 9:16 first.
- Post text: up to 63,206 characters.
- Posts go to the Facebook Pages you manage.
- Vertical videos go out as Reels, others as Page videos.
- Photos can go out as Page Stories.

From the dashboard
- Connect your Facebook account to a profile, with Facebook’s own sign-in.
- Write the post once; the composer checks Facebook’s limits and lets you change the text just for Facebook.
- Post now, pick a time, add it to your queue, or repeat it every day, week or month.
