What you can post to Pinterest
- Posts: videos and photos.
- Shapes: 2:3 and 9:16, 2:3 first.
- Description: up to 500 characters.
- Title: up to 100 characters.
- Pick the board, title and destination link for each pin.
- Video pins and image pins, carousels in one shape.

From the dashboard
- Connect your Pinterest account to a profile, with Pinterest’s own sign-in.
- Write the post once; the composer checks Pinterest’s limits and lets you change the text just for Pinterest.
- Post now, pick a time, add it to your queue, or repeat it every day, week or month.
