What you can post to Slack
- Posts: videos, photos, text posts and PDF documents.
- Shapes: 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1, 16:9 first.
- Message: up to 40,000 characters.
- Messages go to the channels your own Slack app is in.
- Videos, photos and files are uploaded into the message.

From the dashboard
- Connect your Slack account to a profile, with Slack’s own sign-in.
- Write the post once; the composer checks Slack’s limits and lets you change the text just for Slack.
- Post now, pick a time, add it to your queue, or repeat it every day, week or month.

From the API
One request posts to Slack, and to any other network you add with more platform[] fields:
curl -X POST https://api.reelspan.com/v1/posts/video \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $REELSPAN_KEY" \
-F user=my-brand \
-F "platform[]=slack" \
-F "[email protected]" \
-F "title=Your caption"Each network’s result comes back on its own, with a signed webhook when it’s live. See the docs.
