A 16:9 video works on both without cropping. The text limit differs (3,000 against 63,206), so write a shorter version for LinkedIn in the same post.

In the dashboard
- Connect LinkedIn and Facebook to the same profile.
- Pick both in the composer, add the video and the caption, and change the text for either one if it needs its own.
