How X counts

Every link counts as 23 characters however long it is, and emoji and most non-Latin characters count as 2. The counter does the same.

How Bluesky counts

Bluesky counts what you see as one character, so a family emoji or a flag is 1, not 4. Everywhere else counts each Unicode character.

Over a limit?

Reelspan checks these limits before anything is sent, splits long X and Bluesky posts into threads, and lets you write a different caption per network.
